Bustenai (Lehman)

The true adventures of a little-know hero of the seventh century, the last surviving prince of the House of King David.

When the Persian king sets out to destroy all members of the Jewish royal family, only a newborn infant escapes execution. A strange dream convinces the king that his own fate is linked to that of the child.  

Bustenai eventually becomes an important leader whose bold imagination and courage help forge a bond of trust and respect between Jews and Arabs of the growing Moslem movement.
